Elk Trail Lodge is located in Packwood Washington 25 minutes from White Pass Ski Area and the Mt. Rainier National Park entrance. One hour from Mt. St. Helens (the only volcanic monument in the continental United States). 5 minutes to Gifford Pinchot Park. A short drive to several mountain lakes including Rife, Mayfield, Packwood, Tackalack and Chambers. Wine tasting in eastern Washington is a 1.5 hour drive east over White Pass. We are located 2 hours south of Seattle and 2 hours north of Portland. This location is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors

Enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Rainer from almost every room and stroll down to Johnson Creek while you experience all that this 2.5 acre property has to offer. Herds of Elk roam the property after dusk and just before sunrise. It is truly an amazing site to behold. Relax in the HOT TUB with a cup of coffee, or watch the sunrise over Mt. Rainer from the patio.
